I run 2 design units — 16 Product designers, content writers, and graphic designers — building Egypt's first fully digital retail bank. Every product decision touches real people's money and daily lives, so I push the team to stay close to customer behavior, move fast without cutting corners, and ship things that actually work in a heavily regulated environment.

Built and led a chapter of 7 designers responsible for experience quality across Vodafone Egypt's digital products. I set the UX standards, maintained consistency across the portfolio, and worked directly with Vodafone Group and Marketing to push mobile adoption across every segment.
